  • Elena Lysenkova (Hospitality Income Consulting) presented a detailed analysis of CRM and technology for guest loyalty management.

  • Alexander Yeshmekov (TravelLine) conducted a master class on SEO and e-distribution.

  • Elena Marchenko (Libra Hospitality) spoke about the five stages of sales and the key hotel performance indicators. 

Coffee break and an informal discussion with Andrey Mikhailets (Moscow Hotels Talks) wrapped the first day up.

Day 2:

  • Tatyana Chernykh (Hotelier Alliance of Russia U PRO) held a master class on how to turn a dissatisfied customer into a loyal one.

  • Anton Matveyev, Big Tree, examined in detail the issue of managing the hotel’s reputation and the review and evaluation systems offered by popular websites.

  • Elena Marchenko (Libra Hospitality) spoke about planning the annual sales policy and finding the correct focus.

  • Challenges involved in developing a sales strategy for the future were presented by Blake Anderson-Buntz (Hospitality Management). 

Evgeny Bugrovsky (Heliopark Hotels and Resorts) told how to monetize value-added services, weddings, and events.
