Epitome PMS

The classic, time-tested hotel management system Epitome PMS was developed by the US company Infor. The program is certified by Microsoft, built on a MS SQL database, is easy to use, and has the flexibility that is required for automating hotels of any type.

PMS allows to build a successful business model, improve financial performance, and achieve a high level of guest service.

Basic module

The central guest management module (booking, check-in, reporting, housekeeping)

Handles group reservations from the time of booking until the last guest checks out

Travel agency details, revenue statistics database, and management of agency fees

History module

Offers tools for maintaining a database of corporate and private customers including separate statistics and financial performance reports, VIP lists and black lists

Manager module

Managing the sales policies from season- and day-based to restrictions on room sales in predefined periods

Non-cash payment management

Customer database including credit limits

Reporting module

A package of more than 150 reports on guests, companies, travel agencies, services, revenues, rooms; includes statistical reports such as ADR, RevPac, RevPar, etc.

LIBRA PASS module

Supports recording of passport and visa details of guests. Generates statistical reports for the Federal Migration Service and the Statistics Committee and supports electronic data upload to the FMS of Russia

An important addition to the property management system Epitome PMS is the passport module Libra Pass allowing to record passport and visa details of guests followed by generation of statistical tables, forms, and reports for the FMS and Statistics Committee. The software is intended for the automated processing of foreign citizen data and printing of the host’s documents for the Federal Migration Service, such as the foreign citizen check-in notice, etc. Libra Pass allows to send the data electronically to the territorial units of the FMS.

The property management system Epitome PMS is can be integrated with the related hotel management systems (restaurant modules, electronic locks, etc.) and online booking services.
